Keeping bees for 40 years has been an ongoing work in progress. Each year brings changes both anticipated and unexpected. For 17 years we have enjoyed every twist the next year brings. New products, programs, and friends continue to make each day new and exciting.

The renewed excitement in beekeeping has been a much needed one. The appreciation for wholesome foods and the need for bees and pollination go hand in hand.

Through products and programs alike we try very hard to meet the needs of everyone no matter the days or years of experience. This year’s catalogue is packed full of all the necessary items needed for taking care of 1 or 100 hives. A variety of woodenware, hive tools, smokers, hats and veils. A recent article written about the shop boasted that having visited Queen Right Colonies they came to the conclusion that we were a bee to bottle operation, a very good conclusion we thought! Ohio’s one stop shopping adventure for the honey conisure. A place where you can taste and purchase a wide variety of honeys from many nectar sources. Some of the possibilities are Buckwheat, Basswood, Orange Blossom, Tupelo, Black Locust, Wildflower, Golden Rod to name a few. Fresh Frozen Royal Jelly and Propolis are also available.

If your interest is animals, those we have. QRC would not be complete without the roaming of Turkeys, Shetland Sheep, Zebu Cattle, Java Green Peacocks, and a huge variety of Show Pigeons.

We invite you, your family and friends to come visit us throughout the year. There is always something to see. Pack a picnic lunch,come sit in the shade and enjoy the sights and sounds of a Century old farm. There is even an Amish House on the property which was pulled on to the farm by tractors in 1997.
