Goldenrod Honey collected by honeybees gathering goldenrod nectar and pollen from yellow spikes of flowers during late August through October. Honey collected from our goldenrod produces a distinct honey seeming to have a butterscotch flavor. If you experience seasonal allergies primarily in the fall various websites recommend consuming goldenrod honey and pollen, 1 to 3 teaspoons per day. We cannot claim that our honey is a treatment for allergies however, there is anecdotal support to prove the benefits. Choose from 8 oz, 12 oz or 1 lb honey.
